The fully hydraulic cone crusher works as the secondary crushing core for hard river pebbles, reducing wear consumption of VSI crusher parts and replacement downtime to effectively control wear-related costs.
The crushing cavity of the VSI crusher can be adjusted flexibly according to river pebble moisture content and required sand fineness, producing manufactured sand with rounded shape and low flakiness index.
Full hydraulic cone crusher has iron release protection and hydraulic discharge adjustment. VSI crusher with thin oil lubrication and vibration monitoring. Centralized control delivers high line automation.
The customer is a local building material supplier in Mexico serving regional infrastructure projects. Its original production line suffered from capacity bottlenecks and unstable quality of manufactured sand. This project uses river pebbles as raw material to replace part of natural sand purchases, reduce reliance on river dredging, and strengthen its supply capacity for the regional infrastructure market.
