Project Overview
Main Equipment:
The screening machine delivers high classification accuracy to stably separate four qualified aggregate fractions of 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm and 20–40 mm, suiting material demands of different local projects.
The combination of jaw crusher and impact crusher achieves excellent crushing results. The finished aggregates have a low flakiness index with stable quality that meets local aggregate acceptance standards.
The whole plant is equipped with an automatic control system to monitor operating parameters in real time, cutting labor costs and manual operation risks for long-term stable operation.
The Uzbekistan customer needs to crush limestone ore, and the crushed aggregates are mainly supplied for local highway and municipal infrastructure projects. Limestone is a medium-hard brittle rock, and the original production line suffered poor aggregate shape and relied heavily on manual operation. The customer required a new limestone crushing plant with high automation and superior aggregate quality.
After commissioning, the limestone crushing plant runs steadily and consistently hits the 250 TPH capacity target. The produced limestone aggregates feature regular shape with a high proportion of cubical particles. Besides, the automation system cuts local labor input and greatly improves the order handling capacity.
