Project Overview
Main Equipment:
Upgraded screen meshes and cooling systems keep the riverstone crushing plant running smoothly without clogging, even in hot and wet tropical weather.
The precision screening circuit simultaneously produces 3/8", 3/4", and G1 aggregates, matching Philippine Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) standards.
Equipped with manganese steel jaws and high-chrome cone liners, FTM Machinery’s crushers withstand harsh riverstone impact, extending part life and cutting downtime.
A prominent construction contractor in the Philippines needed a high-capacity crushing plant to process riverstone into DPWH-standard aggregates for local highway and bridge projects. Due to the high hardness and smooth surface of river gravel, previous equipment suffered from severe slippage and uneven particle sizes. They partnered with FTM Machinery to build a tailored 200 TPH processing line.
Since operation began, the 200 TPH riverstone crushing plant has consistently delivered high-cubicality aggregates and G1 manufactured sand, seamlessly passing local government infrastructure quality audits. The multi-cylinder cone crusher improved reduction efficiency by 25%, while the heat-resistant cooling system enabled reliable 12-hour continuous production during rainy and humid seasons.
