Project Overview
Main Equipment:
Hydraulic cone crusher discharge adjustment works with closed-circuit screening. Oversized material return for re-crushing, delivering concentrated particle size distribution and low oversize rate for precise gold ore sizing.
The crushing ratio of jaw primary crushing and cone secondary crushing is optimized. Variable-frequency feeder adjusts feed rate by cavity load to avoid choking or idling, sustaining steady design-capacity operation.
The closed-circuit screening keeps feed size fine and uniform, lowering the load of downstream grinding and cutting energy consumption at the source to satisfy local environmental and sustainability requirements.
The customer is a local gold mining operator in Sudan. It aims to build a 300–350 TPH gold ore crushing plant to supply qualified feed material for downstream grinding and mineral processing. Given the complex ore characteristics and harsh site conditions of local gold mines, the customer requires a robust crushing plant that is durable, stable in capacity, easy to maintain and capable of continuous and reliable operation.
After the crushing plant is completed, it can normally process 300–350 tons of gold ore per hour. The new crushing-screening circuit boosts energy efficiency by 18% with more precise sizing. With rugged construction, the equipment withstands high heat and heavy dust at the mine site, minimizing downtime and maintenance workload. The customer highly praises the plant stability, ore adaptability and easy maintenance.
