Project Overview
Main Equipment:
The sand making plant adopts well-balanced equipment layout for smooth operation, steadily delivering the designed 150 TPH output to sustain continuous sand supply for local projects.
Jaw and cone crushers prepare proper feed for the HVI sand making and shaping. Sand produced by HVI crushers features rounded grains and controllable stone powder content to meet strict local quality standards.
The screening system achieves precise classification. Off-spec aggregates are returned to the HVI for re-shaping and crushing in a closed circuit, cutting raw material waste and improving the overall utilization of granite.
The client is a local Tanzanian quarry enterprise with its own granite mine. Its products are mainly supplied to local concrete batching plants and infrastructure projects. Tanzania enforces strict acceptance standards for manufactured granite sand. The client planned to build a stationary granite sand making plant with shaping function to produce multi-size high-quality sand and aggregates.
"After commissioning, our granite sand making plant runs steadily at the capacity of 150 TPH. Multi-size finished sand meets local standards. The sand shaped by the HVI crusher has regular grain form, and the closed-circuit system reduces raw material loss. With stable high-quality sand, we have successfully reached long-term supply cooperation with several local enterprises, greatly lifting our market competitiveness."
