Up to 4,000 TPH. Less Fines. Lower Costs.
Built for mining and aggregate plants, the PMA/B Tooth Roller Crusher handles large materials with high output and low operating costs.
Compared with conventional hammer crushers, it produces fewer fines and more usable material.
Designed for stable operation in tough crushing conditions.
For brittle and medium-hard materials
Suitable for coal, limestone, coke, shale, gypsum, clay, marl, salt, phosphate rock, bauxite, industrial minerals, and other brittle materials with compressive strength below 150 MPa.
Widely used in mining, aggregates, cement plants, and recycling applications.
Built with wear-resistant components for long service life.
Flexible models for different production needs
The PMA/B series tooth roller crusher covers 200–4,000 TPH, meeting a wide range of mining and aggregate production demands.
The PMA series is built for high-capacity primary crushing, handling feed sizes up to 1,200 mm with output under 300 mm—ideal for large mines and coarse material processing.
The PMB series focuses on finer crushing, producing outputs below 50 mm with capacity up to 2,500 TPH.

Note: Processing capacity may vary with different materials and feeding sizes.
Why choose PMA/B tooth roller crusher
- High capacity: Handles up to 4,000 TPH for large mining and aggregate production lines.
- Handles large materials: Feed sizes up to 1,200 mm reduce the need for additional pre-crushing equipment.
- Fewer fines: Advanced graded crushing technology reduces over-crushing by more than 30%.
- Lower power use: Optimized tooth design helps reduce power consumption by 20%–30%.
- Easy maintenance: Modular structure design reduces maintenance time by approximately 40%.
How does it work?
The PMA/B tooth roller crusher uses two rotating toothed rollers to crush materials through compression, shearing, and splitting forces.
Large materials enter the crushing chamber and are pulled into the gap between the rollers. The specially designed teeth break the material into controlled sizes while minimizing excessive fines.
