How does an ultrafine grinding sand making machine work?
Material enters the crushing chamber and is accelerated by the high-speed rotor.
Inside the chamber, materials are repeatedly crushed through impact, shearing, and grinding between the hammer head and liner plates. The specially designed crushing structure maintains a stable crushing gap throughout the process, allowing the material to be crushed and shaped at the same time.
Advanced structure of the ultrafine grinding sand making machine
The FGM ultrafine grinding sand making machine is mainly composed of the upper housing, crushing chamber, impeller assembly, hammer head, liner plates, hydraulic lifting device, transmission system, shock absorption base, and lubrication system.
1. Hydraulic lifting device
The hydraulic lifting system enables convenient opening and closing of the upper cover, providing larger maintenance space and improving the efficiency of inspection and replacement of wearing parts.
2. Impeller assembly
The impeller assembly is the core component. It is manufactured from high-strength alloy steel and optimized through dynamic balancing treatment. The impeller accelerates materials at high speed to improve crushing efficiency and sand shaping performance.
3. Hammer head
The machine adopts a unique horseshoe-shaped hammer head structure. The hammer heads are made of high wear-resistant alloy materials and can be used reversibly, effectively extending the service life and reducing maintenance costs.
4. Shock absorption base
Rubber shock absorbers are installed at the bottom of the machine to effectively reduce vibration and noise during operation while minimizing the impact on the foundation structure.
